Hi, ManyCam, and fellow online teachers!
Is anyone else experiencing problems with ManyCam since the latest MacOs update to MacOS Sonoma Version 14.2.1?
It keeps saying, “The camera may be occupied; please close other software.”

It’s doing this on all of my teaching platforms, such as ClassIn, Zoom, GoogleMeet, and TEHESO.
I haven’t been able to use ManyCam for the past 2 months and the team hasn’t been very helpful!
I have been back and forth with them for the past 2 months, paying for a subscription I’m not able to use.
I NEED this application to work in order to teach.
Apple has been exceptionally helpful and has done several different troubleshootings to try and resolve the issue; the fault is on MANYCAM’S side!
I have done my research and have tried all of the following approaches, the problem still isn’t resolved:
Apple has suggested that ManyCam looks further into this problem.
I have several teacher friends facing the same problem.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue too?
MANYCAM PLEASE ASSIST ME ASAP!
