Virtual Webcam process doesnt exit

After I close the Manycam window the “Manycam Virtual Webcam” process does not exit, but continues running forever and using 30% of my CPU - doing nothing. I can either use task manager to kill the process, or I can reboot.

What am I doing wrong?
