Virtual background doesnt work

Unfortunately one of the main features why I bought manycam doesnt work on my Mac.
The main data of my Mac are:
MacBookPro (13-inch, 2017)
2,3 Ghz Intel Core i5
16 GB RAM
Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 1536 MB

Can you please offer some advice?
