Transition Problem 7.8.7.16

I am having a repeatable problem with Manycam version 7.8.7.16.

Transitions between stills are no longer smooth. Picture transition seems to hang up very briefly holding on the a superimposed image of the outgoing and incoming stills. This is a repeatable problem and happens when using a variety of stills.
