I have a ‘presenter’ switch, which lets me advance slides in PPT, etc.
I can’t find a small handheld programable gadget to do the same, but I would like to use it to discreetly switch from one camera to another.
The ManyCam hotkey settings don’t seem to let me set this up.
Maybe it is not possible (but should be) or maybe I just don’t know what I am doing.
Any suggestions? I can’t be the only one with this idea.

There doesn’t appear to be a way to do this. I’m a music performer and would LOVE to be able to use a Bluetooth page-turning pedal like the Pageflip Butterfly to switch presets or playlist items during a performance. The pedals, probably like your presenter switch, allows it to emulate the PgUp, PgDn, and arrow key presses. But ManyCam requires an additional modifier key along with the arrow keys for a hotkey definition. This eliminates the possibility of using these kinds of devices. This should be a simple feature to add, and VERY useful for a lot of users.
