I use DRmare Spotify Muisc Converter to get Spotify unblocked.

However, so far, Spotify’s music library is the largest. It also offers the most interesting features. At least for me. Therefore, I prefer to use AudFree Spotify MP3 Downloader to download songs to MP3, so I can continue to play them in places where Spotify is not available.
