"Timeout" - camera doesn't connect - HELP

Hello,

I’m using Manycam (7.3.0.16) on macOS Catalina (10.15.5). I use a LogiTech 1080p webcam connected through a power dock. I repeatedly see “Timeout” when I run Manycam…

Hangout, Zoom both work fine - but not Manycam. How can I fix this? I have give Manycam access to my webcam in “Security & Privacy” so that’s not the issue.

Have you tried connecting without power dock?
