Sync / lag issues in ManyCam recording

I am French
My english is not perfect
I have lag with the voice when I record directly on ManyCam
There are some pieces of advise in the help, including some tuning to be done on the audio tab.

I have not been able to find the access to this part.

Running ManyCam 8? Add a mic, click on it on the left panel and then adjust offset on the right panel:
