I bought an annual subscription on Saturday and my subscription still doesn’t appear in the application or on the website. I have been resent the activation link by the support team 3 times now with no change. I see that this isn’t uncommon, is there a fix?
I see from our records that your order was refunded, but you were able to activate it prior to this. Let me know if you need any help.
