Stopped Working

I have used Manycam for a while on both paid and free version. I never had any problems before but now on both Classin and the Whales English platform, it can’t be used.

It says to close other platforms using the camera. The only other program open is Whales English and it is obviously trying to use it. It stopped working in between lessons.

After uninstalling and reinstalling it will work on Classin but during a lesson it will all of sudden freeze and I have to stop using it. It will not work on Whales English again for some reason.

How can I get around this?

Does this solution exist for Mac users? I am having the same problem with ClassIn. The Camera source doesn’t show so I can’t select ManyCam and unless I launch the classroom BEFORE ManyCam I always get the error that the camera is in use by another program.
