Good morning. I submitted a premium lifetime upgrade and the order page confirmed came up and redirected before I could copy the order number. I have not received an email confirmation and the subscription does not appear in My Subscriptions or licenses on my account.
Confirmation just came through. sorry. patience is a virtue.
