[SOLVED] Aspect Ratio / Logos .JPEG / .PNG Etc

Hello Everyone,

I don’t believe there are any topics on the forum that address this, if there are please excuse me and point me in the right direction.

On both the Windows and Mac platforms of ManyCam when I add .JPEG or .PNG’s with transparent backgrounds the aspect ratio is wrong. The file displays too tall and narrow.

If I flip between resolutions many, many times ManyCam sometimes catches it and scales the files correctly for display.

What am I doing wrong or how can I fix this?
