Showing Keynote Presentations in a new layer

Hi all!

I’m a mac user and I’m trying to work out how to show a keynote presentation within a new layer, with the webcam in the background. I’ve checked out the how-to video but that is on a PC and it doesn’t help that much. I end up seeing a smaller version of my desktop within the layer which is just me looking into the webcam.
