I am currently using Beta version 7.8.7.45 on a Windows 10 PC. During my last few updates of the beta version, I have noticed that some of the settings were lost and if so ManyCam might crash. Thus, after installing the latest version, my first task is to examine all the settings. In addition, prior to upgrading to a newer version, I am now making it a habit to save any presets in case I must fully discard and reset settings to get the program to work again.
You might want to have your developers check the migration / installation process of the settings. So far, I have been very happy with beta version 7.8.7.45 for windows. I am particularly excited with the new add remote users option. In a test with ManyCam user Stephen O’Donnell in Glasgow, Scotland and I in the Dover, Ohio, USA there was very little latency. I was genuinely surprised!
