I have spent hours customizing window only to have them gone next time i open the program… why? how can i save the new one? the old ones stay!!!

You can save settings currently applied by closing ManyCam with the CTRL + Q key combination. Thus ManyCam will save the settings applied and will reinstate them when you launch it again. Let me know if this helped.
