RTSP url not working with ManyCam, does work in other apps

Tapo Camera from TP-Link
Manufacturers setup info is here. rtsp://username:password@IP Address:554/stream1. User name in url is TPLink account name. Camera has been set up for access in TAPO app with a
username and password for access.

Using this setup, works in VLC Mac. ManyCam reports not responding.

Any idea where to look next?

Try inputting your password and login in a separate box:

Also, you’ll need to find a URL that doesn’t contain the credentials.

Please assist the above-mentioned problem is still not being resolved with the method suggested.

Please try to use URLs without username:password (put them into separate boxes) like:

rtsp://IP Address:554/stream1

Please also try
rtsp:/IP Address:554/stream2
