With audio plugins, it is not uncommon for me to have my audio lagging the video, but manycam only allows for an offset correction by slowing the audio — you cannot slow the video. In contrast, OBS allows movement in either direction. Introducing this feature would allow me to sync video and audio in real-time, rather than in post.

I agree. This would allow a lot more flexibility in synchonization.
