I find the severe lack of being able to edit lower thirds unfortunate, so I was going to try to create my own. I went into the effects creator and uploaded a thin line graphic to be used as a lower third. I stretched the line all the way across and saved it out and put it inside the program.
What I didn’t realize is that your creator is in 4:3 aspect ratio, not widescreen, so my new line only went part way across my screen. 99% of webcams today are in 16:9 aspect ratio, so please update your creator to also accommodate this.
What I had to do as a workaround was use the text feature, which was the only way I could get a lower third box to stretch across the screen and make the text small enough to fit in it.
