I have submitted a payment for standard subscription (29$).
I did not receive any email as a confirmation.
I firstly purchased the subscription thinking that It will automatically sign me up on the website (create account) but didn’t happen, so I applied for an account after that.
Now in my account there’s no subscription activated.
Still not received any confirmation email regarding my purchase.
I have contacted them through email and also on the website through the contact form but no answer. Can someone tell me how long does it take for them to get back? I see on forum replies from them after 18 days??? That’s a joke no?
