One Camera, Multiple Platforms and Screen Mirroring

Using a Logitech Brio as a single source video input on Windows 10. Using numerous platforms (meetup, Webex, Teams, Zoom, etc). The problem is with horizontal screen flipping. Depending on the platform, the screen may or may not be horizontally flipped.

Is there a way to set screen flip PER PROFILE/PRESENT and not have to do it manually every time a user changes from one platform to another?

Now that I am back online using ManyCam, I need a solution to this problem as well.
