I always used to be able to resize/position what showed up in frame by clicking the image and dragging it accordingly to reposition it. Today as i was doing this, in the middle of repositioning my camera, my cursor turned from the moving hand to just an normal arrow cursor and I can no longer reposition my cam. All I can do is a fixed position zoom in/out. Does anyone know how to fix this so that i can reposition what shows up in frame for my camera?

After you zoom in, in order to move the zoomed area within a layer, drag it with your mouse while holding down the [Ctrl] key.
