None of my devices, iPad, iPhone, Laptop or Desktop will send a connection request to any other device. Was working fine then after shutting down, next day nothing happens. Have reinstalled on everything multiple times and nothing. Get connection failed. No remote device or channel expired
@Tamara Please make sure you allowed notifications for the app, try to relogin and refresh device list.
Don’tknow how they got turned off, but turned them back on, restarted and still nothing. Getting same error message.
Just got it working again. Shut everything down again, restarted, and it connected. Maybe the new update lastnight did something. Who knows. Lets hope it works tomorrow when I need to video. Thanks for the help
