New Activation Not Working

I received the activation email when I go to sign in with the link I sign in. I takes me to my devices page. Then I click on subscriptions and licences and nothing is there.

The instructions may seem robotic (sorry about that), but they are given only upon checking your account and activation status, so they are usually on point. I’ve double-checked your account, the activation seems to have gone through, could you please confirm?
