This feature is available in beta (for windows): https://manycam.com/beta/
Your friends may use ManyCam for android, iOS or windows (beta only) to join your sessions.
Use left panel for that (note: feature is in beta state).

Alternatively, you may use good old Skype and NDI, see: https://help.manycam.com/knowledge-base/ndi/#how-to-integrate-a-skype-call-using-ndi-input
