I can’t get any help from customer support on delayed audio in many cam recordings.
I need a negative sync offset option so that my audio isn’t so delayed on recordings. I paid money for responsive and helpful support and I AM NOT getting it.
If anyone has helpful advice on this it would be greatly appreciated… It seems Many cam customer support doesn’t have an answer for me as they are not responding to my emails…
