Mobile troubleshooting guide says logout/in. But you lose all presets

ManyCam Mac: I couldn’t get the mobile app to work, so I followed the mobile app troubleshooting guide, which says log out of the various devices and log back in. Great! it worked! I can now see the mobile app camera!

BUT the instant I logged out, the program decided that I only had a right to a small number of presets, so blitzed the others, and they didn’t come back when I logged back in…

Thankfully I know they’re all stored in com.visicom-media.ManyCam.plist in the Users/[my name]/Library/Preferences folder, so I was able to recover yesterday’s version of the presets. But others wouldn’t be so lucky…
