I have paid and downloaded the upgrade to manycam. However it is still not showing the upgrade. I have my receipt. I did change my email address to reflect the one that my payment was processed with. It still does not show. I am currently logged in with the new email and the subscription is not showing. What are next steps? I purchased the Studio for $79. It was never this difficult before. Help please!!
PROBLEM SOLVED - JUST LEAVING THIS TO HELP SOMEONE ELSE…I WENT BACK TO THE OTHER EMAIL ACCOUNT…AND IT POPPED IMMEDIATELY…MY SUBSCRIPTION IS ALIVE AND WELL. CRISIS AVERTED.
