ManyCam 8 Beta - Can't see how to launch the layer and Audio panel (on the left)

Trying to figure out how to open the left panel with layer and audio preferences but can’t figure out how to do it

You’re running ManyCam Lite, that is a separate application (can be installed aside with regular ManyCam).
ManyCam 8 beta is not yet publicly available.
