Where can I get version 6.7 for Mac OS?

Hey @racsoherr

Thank you for your feedback, @ieo have you had any reports about this issue?

Hi @racsoherr,

Please send entire crash report to [email protected].
Previous versions: https://help.manycam.com/knowledge-base/previous-versions/

I’m having the same problem. Whenever I have more than two presets and try to switch between #1 and #2 manycam crashes. I have installed, uninstalled, restarted my MAC, everything. I’ve messaged manycam support and all I get is send a crash report. Can we please get a link to 6.7 so we can do our jobs until you get this figured out? We don’t have time to waste on all this. Thank you.

I found a solution. Delete all your presets and create new ones. Is not a proper solution and we really should be able to go back to 6.7 which I never found.

Hi @jamesical @racsoherr,

See the link to previous versions in my above post, if you need 6.7 for mac use https://download.manycam.com/thank_you_page/mac-6.7
Don’t forget to delete settings (look for corresponding checkbox) when you ininstall manycam 7.0 (recommend to uninstall it before installing old versions)

Hi @jamesical, @racsoherr!

Could you please send your settings file to our support at [email protected]?

The settings file is located here:
/Users/<your-username-here>/Library/Preferences/com.visicom-media.ManyCam.plist

I’m having the exact same issue. The new version has crashed on me a ton! There’s also a major lag and failing to connect to the other platform I use it with (to teach at VIPkid). I never had this problem with the old version.

Please fix these bugs! (I use a 2018 macbook).

Also, is there a way to revert to the old version? The software was unusable for my work hours tonight, and I rely on it heavily to teach ESL online.

However, I fixed some of the issues by deleting all my presets and creating new ones. Try to do a clean install (completely uninstall the software and install it again from scratch).

Thanks so much, 6.7 for mac immediately solved it.

Side note – I hate how there’s no video tab in 7.07…

Anyway, thanks for the tip!

The issue should be fixed in ManyCam 7.0.13 (beta): https://manycam.com/beta/
