Logitech 4K Webcam not connecting... "timeout."

I am using Mac OS Big Sur version 11.6.1. My Logitech 4K webcam will not connect to ManyCam. I get a timeout error every time. This same webcam will connect to every other piece of software including Zoom, QuickTime, and even Facebook for livestreams. The light indicates that the camera is on.

I have tried upgrading to the beta and it still does not work. My current version of ManyCam is 7.8.6.20 and it says that ManyCam is up to date.

I have the same problem.

No use in resetting the permission or restarting the machines or many cam reinstalls.
