I get a really bad lag when using ManyCam when I am trying to live Illustrate on my ipad that is hooked into my computer during zoom meetings. My colleagues do not have this problem. I have done all the troubleshooting listed on the website (about 20 times) and have had a mac specialist try to help me. My computer is a 2012 but everything inside it has been replaced. The only thing I’m wondering is if it has to do with the metal hardware as I don’t think this computer has that? I’m running an app called “gswitch” during ManyCam that forces the computer to run on “integrated only” that the specialist thought would help but it’s not doing much. Lag gets worse when Zoom starts up. Sometimes it will go away for a few minutes then comes back. Other thing I’ve noticed is my graphics card has way less MB compared to my colleagues, I have 2 cards as I added a second one to get more RAM. One other thought, do I need to update my OS? I’m on Sierra 10.13.6. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is affecting my work! Thank you!
