IP Cam RTSP Works In Several Platforms, Not in MC

Have an IP Camera tested and working in VLC, OBS via rtsp, does not work in MC

have tried with and without the user/pass in the URL so either

rtsp://user:[email protected]:port/11 - tried with Access required on and off
or
rtst://ip.add.re.ss:port/11 - then turned access required and put user/pass in the fields

Have tried with and without TCP streams activated

No combination gets it to work but again, works without issue in VLC & OBS via the rtsp URL
