I bought Manycam but I can't see it in the program or in my account

My order number is 128420222 . I purchased manycam and linked it to the account with the appropriate email, I recieved a confirmation and yet still I am unable to use the premium version that I bought which I need for my job. The subscription is nowhere to be found in the account or the subscription page. Help.
