How to set up Webcam?

Let me clarify between your user guidebook and my dialog box.

What is the reason mine does not have one like yours?

Seems like there is a driver issue or your webcam is not connected (not installed in the system).
Try this solution first and let us know if this helped.

Can I assume why I have not yet connected an external camera such as Logitech HD・・？

@nishinagahori888, if you don’t have any webcams connected to your computer, you won’t see them on the list in ManyCam.
