How do I share Playlist/Flow of show with other users?

We have an Enterprise account. When I create a series of Playlists (the Flow of the event/show) how do I share this with the other members of the team who are a part of the same enterprise subscription? Sending them the mpl4 files to load on their computers doesn’t see to work.

They have all of the same media in all of the same folders, but they are on different computers so their usernames on their machines will be different than mine.
