The face accessories are flashing on and off
My lighting seems fine
Any suggestions for making the do that less?

Please try enabling any of the Face Masks rather. It should prompt you to install the face detection module. Once installed, try using the Face Accessories again.
Those are flashing on/off also
how would I know if the face detection module has been installed?
If they are working, then it is already installed. I would suggest doing a clean installation:
Uninstall ManyCam as shown here: https://help.manycam.com/knowledge-base/how-to-uninstall-manycam/
Then please install this version of ManyCam: https://manycam.com/beta/
If the issue persists, please post a video link to illustrate what’s going on.
I have been using the Beta version and just thought I was encountering a bug, then during a setup session I took off my glasses and the problem when away. Hope that this experience might be helpful.
