and manycam

I just purchased the Studio version along with a lifetime license for use on the platform. After installing, I attempted to connect the programs and received an error message from stating:

We can’t connect to your camera

Try closing other apps that might be using your camera and restart the browser

I am not sure if I am missing something, but I am frustrated with the process thus far. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it possible to do this with the free/basic version or do I have to pay full price for ManyCam?

You can do this with the free version.

I’m having the same problem. I followed the suggested steps and still gives me the error message. Isn’t there some support for this product?
