I need to use CTRL + Shift + V in Google docs to paste plain text. Now, I can no longer use this keyboard short cut. Manycam has taken it for a feature I do not want to use (overlay). I cannot paste plain text in Google sheets today, I can only paste using Ctrl + V (not good enough). I need my keyboard shortcut back, I use the shortcut every day.

Open Settings → Hotkeys and set Global to OFF or remove/change the shortcut:

ManyCam Lite also registers this shortcut (discovered with GitHub - BlackINT3/OpenArk: The Next Generation of Anti-Rookit(ARK) tool for Windows.) but does not expose any way to deactivate it and does not seem to use it! I think this should be considered a bug.
@natv The shortcut will be changed to Ctrl+Shift+O in the next release.
