I have been using Manycam for a few months now and I have some major glitches. 1st every restart causes the subscription to be unrecognizable and I have to remove my computer and then re-add it. Next my presets always disappear. I use this everyday for my ESL classroom so this is super frustrating. I only have four presets, but I have to reset everyday. Next my subscription keeps vanishing. I had the one offered through work and decided to upgrade to the lifetime to save money and now both are gone.
Computer seems to crash frequently, but I am not sure that is Manycam…let’s a brand new iMac but it seems to have some phantom that is messing everything up. Any advice is welcome!
