Updated to new version V 7.10.0.6 now all the old MP4 videos which worked perfectly well before appear corrupted
They have ghosting & a vertical red bar
As you don’t have old version downloads to go back to I no have an unusable system
Same video works fine on system which luckily we did not “upgrade”
Mailed tech support as we have a paid enterprise sub but no response
