I want to start using the Chromakey feature. However, when I enable the feature, the manycam app disappears. Then when I click on it again off of my desktop, it stays on for a few seconds and disappears. I have to reset the Manycam App to factory settings to get it to open up again.

Try installing the beta version and switching to a different encoder in ManyCam Settings -> General.
