When I open the app in a samsung S10 the front camera works fine. Try to switch to back camera and first it shows an alert “Can’t connect to Camera Service” then the app requests a video source. Then the front camera does the same. Any idea what it can be?
Welcome to the community. This is a known issue, we are currently working to solve it. I can’t provide a timeframe right now, but it’s a priority.
