Cannot enable Virtual background

Hi all,
Cannot enable virtual backgrounds. I could some time ago. I can’t pinpoint what changed.

Win 10, 64 bit.
ManyCam 7.10.0.6

If I click “blur” I get the “Unable to Start Background” error, need "DX 12 compatible hardware.

In settings, Hardware Accelerator, I have these options:
Auto
open GL
dx 10
dx 11
[No option for DX 12]

I have used all 4 options, but get the same result.

However DX diagnostics tells me I do have DX version 12

There are some projects I would really like to be able to use Backgrounds. I hope someone can help.

@rexall9000 , I am wondering if you do not have a discrete graphics card (GPU). The Display tab of the DirectX Diagnostic Tool (DxDiag) many give you a clue. I am using ManyCam for Windows 7.10.0.6 and I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 graphics card with DirectX 12. Thus, I can set ManyCam’s Hardware Acceleration to “DirectX 11 (Hardware)” and “Triple Buffer”. Also, the User Video Device is set to my graphics card. Maybe this information might help.
