I purchased the Standard subscription which should allow 4 devices. Every time I try to connect the 3rd device via the app, it prompts me to upgrade. Why is that?
To be clear, I’m using my Mac, and then trying to add 3 mobile devices via the app. Everything is on the same wifi network.
