Cam Link 4 Capture device!

Many cam has been working with my Canon camera and cam link 4 USB capture device, and I have been streaming live video. Now I get a “Can’t start Video: Try closing…” I have no other programs using the cam link. Secondly, I have restarted the program and computer. Thirdly, when I check the cam link 4 with other programs including the 4 K Capture Utility, and OBS both capture video fine. Why has Manycam suddenly stopped working? I am doing exactly as I did before when it was working.

Furthermore, I cannot find straightforward step by step guides for audio either. The menus are not particularly intuitive.
