Black Screen on ManyCam Menu and Zoom

New user, installed the program and all I get is a black screen. Installed, uninstalled, rebooted computer and re-installed three times, same result.

What video source is selected in ManyCam? Can you post a few screenshots?

Turns out my AntiVirus program (Kaspersky) had a feature turned out the “manages web can” to prevent someone from hacking and taking over webcam. I turn that off now when using ManyCam and it works fine.

Good to hear it’s fixed. Just curious, was it just a plain black screen or it maybe had some indication?
