If you use PiP video and switch views with the same video the video resets
What You want to do is to continue video running the video from the spot it has reached in the other preset
So preset 1 Main Screen Web Cam, Secon PiP Video 1 running
Preset 2 has main SCreen Video 1 running and PiP webcam
All this requires more granular control fo the videos/media which does not even allow for looping or restarting
