APP Window not showing a particular program

Trying to use a particular program “InstaShare” as a source in ManyCam but it is not showing up in the App Window list of available applications.

This is a critical issue for us, we need to use this program as a source. Otherwise ManyCam is no use.

Are there any tricks for getting programs to show in the list??

If you are on Windows can you please verify in Settings → Desktop that the below settings are enabled?
