Activation Help: Studio Lifetime

I purchased a Studio Lifetime subscription, which is supposed to work on two devices. My Windows device works great, but the second device (Mac) cannot activate, gives me a message asking to deactivate from the other device. What’s wrong? Thanks in advance.

I’ve checked your records and it seems that you have 2 activations in use. Try resetting your activation count: https://help.manycam.com/knowledge-base/how-to-reset-your-license/
