I am mainly an “audio guy” who is venturing into livestream video to up my value to the town government I work for.

I have tinkered with OBS and other live mixing/streaming software and finally settled on ManyCam solely because it seems to be the easiest for streaming to Zoom, which is the town’s platform of choice.

I have a good head for video technology (streaming technology, not so much), but ManyCam feels a little quirky to me, in that some no-brainer features seem to be missing. I will try to explain my problems as clearly as I can, but expect them to be worded by a “creative” guy, rather than a computer techie.
